What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, governorate and address. We ask for these because we cannot deliver an order without them. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

If you send a message through the contact form we keep what you wrote and the number or email you gave us, so that we can reply.

What we do not do

We do not take card or bank details on this website. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics, and nothing you do here is shared with an advertising network.

Where your order is stored

This site is built with Google Firebase. That means two things you should know.

The pages load a small amount of code from Google's servers, so Google can see your IP address and which page you were on when it loaded. This is how the site saves your order at all; it is not advertising and it does not follow you to other sites.

Your order itself, the name, number, address and what you bought, is stored on Google Cloud servers rather than on a machine we own. It is covered by Google's terms as a processor acting for us. We still only collect what delivering your order needs.

Who sees it

Your order details are seen by the people who run the shop, and the delivery company gets your name, number and address so they can bring you the parcel. That is the only sharing that happens.

How long we keep it

Orders are kept as a record of the sale. Contact messages are deleted once they have been dealt with.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp or through the contact page. Deleting the record of a completed order may not always be possible where we have to keep it.

This site is operated from Egypt and is subject to Egyptian law, including the Personal Data Protection Law. Fill in the shop's registered details on the settings page before launch.
