Changing your mind

You can return an item you bought at a distance within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in the condition it arrived in, with its packaging. Message us first so we know it is coming.

Faulty parts

If a part arrives dead or fails in normal use, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and send a photo or a short video of the fault. We replace it, or refund it if we cannot replace it.

A part that was wired incorrectly, run above its rated voltage or current, or physically damaged is not a fault. This is the most common case with electronic components and we will be honest with you about which one it is.

What cannot be returned

Items cut or assembled to your order, filament that has been opened, and 3D prints made to your file, unless they are faulty.

Getting your money back

Refunds go back the way you paid, once we have the item. Return postage is yours if you changed your mind, and ours if the part was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
